Customers are responsible for their own bookings they make and should read the terms and conditions before confirming the booking. It is also the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the information received by confirmation ( email only) is in accordance with what is entered in the order. When booking is confirmed a contract between Iceland Snowsports and the customer becomes binding. Customers are responsible for showing up at the skischool 15 min before lesson with gear ready. If you need to rent a gear contact the ski rental before the lesson starts.
Customers are responsible for their own safety. They should wear a helmet and ensure their gear is in good condition. It’s the customer's responsibility if gear breaks during the lesson.
Customers are at their own risk during lessons with Iceland Snowsports. Iceland Snowsports is not responsible for accidents or injuries. We recommend customers have their own insurance.
Iceland Snowsports reserves the right to change the schedules without notice due to weather or closure at the ski resort. If the ski area is closed we will offer you to book a lesson another day.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
● Bookings canceled within 48 hours before the booked class are non-refundable
● Bookings canceled at least 48 hours before the booked class will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee
● Bookings canceled due to ski area closure, will be refunded minus a 1.5% administration fee
● Refunds in the event of illness or an accident can only be granted on the basis of a medical statement.

We make sure any personal information is not given to any third party without consent.
Terms and conditions operate in accordance with Icelandic law and regulations and are therefore subject to Icelandic jurisdiction in the event that disputes may arise.
